As We Walk Together

‘As We Walk Together’ is a poem about the love between a parent (or possibly a grandparent or guardian) and child, written from the child’s perspective. From tired nights to being taught how to walk and talk, the poem acknowledges that the relationship and shared experiences have made both people who they are, and the parent(s)’s love and support will continue to help them on their journey through life.
